White sugar or Brown sugar ?

The look on my face, watching which sugar would dissolve the fastest ! Was weird I didn’t really know that the Brown sugar would dissolve just 5. 53s. Leaving 1.93 seconds faster than white sugar 7 .49 would dissolve.

Purpose: What do you want to learn/find out?

Which type of sugar will dissolve the fastest ? White sugar or Brown sugar ?

Hypothesis: Try to predict the answer to the problem. Another term for hypothesis is ‘educated guess’. This is usually stated like ” If I…(do something) then…(this will occur)

Materials: List everything you will need to conduct your experiment.

Experiment procedure: The fun part! Design a test or procedure to confirm or disprove your hypothesis. Write down each step so that someone else could do the same experiment.

We poured 1 little packet of white sugar into hot water ( cup ). We time how long would it take to dissolve The we did Brown sugar poured that into hot water ( cup ) Then again we waited to see how long would it take It finally came down to 5. 53 seconds ( Brown sugar ). Then the White sugar took 7. 49 seconds long.

Analysis/Data: Record what happened during the experiment.

We pour a little bit of hot water into the sugar. Our first test was the brown sugar would dissolve pretty fast and it did. Then the White sugar

Conclusion:Review the data and check to see if your hypothesis was correct.

The fastest sugar that dissolved the fastest was Brown sugar. The with sugar was slow at dissolving 1.93 seconds may not sound that slow but I didn’t expect it to be slower than the brown sugar

Story in the past about Brenda Martinez's.. When Brenda Martinez’s ( 28-year old Olympian) was at a young age her family couldn't afford to buy brand new pair of running shoes. The same shoes she wore to school was the same shoes she wore to practice !! Her father would always try to find running shoes on the clearance rack. ( You know the clearance rack where all the shoes are 50% off ? )  

Hiwi the Kiwi at our school

The whole of Pt England school, including staff members, was very fortunate to Minstrel and his lovely wife about Fishing for our future ( the famous Hiwi the Kiwi ). He was always talking about how to capture your own dreams to make them come true, “nothing impossible” is what he  said to all of us. What he said, made me believe in myself. Hearing hundreds of super stars say that “ a great dream always come true”.. We got to sing songs, listen to stories and some of the students who won posters, stickers and other prizes.  Thank you Hiwi the Kiwi for visiting our school today !!

Narrative Fiji sevens

As I held my medal in my hand smiling for the picture that was about to be taken. A successful & outstanding achievement. For what my team has achieve for our families & country. The friendship with my team was amazing our start to the end with each other… But it wasn’t the end YET!! The last team that we vus was extremely harder than we thought they were. Their technique was on point as if they were like new outstanding technology… None of us was even sure if they were that right team. Fast like flash. The coach said to us, the international Fijian team, "Can you hear that crowd going wild like headless chickens?" It was a metaphor to congratulate the victorious team. It was our final game for the Olympics. Fiji's vus is Great Britain. Our past game against Argentina was intense. Every second and minute, we feared of losing the semis which would rip us off finals. We gave it more than 100 %, but we were more vicious & hunger than they were.. We knew it from the start that we would make it this far. But we didn’t want to be too confident. Coming so far why would we stop now?!!.. Both teams jogged on to the field with the crowd surrounding and cheering them on. We sang the national The siren buzzer went off starting the game.

Centuries ago their was a Village called Olympia… That was the first time in history of the year 1886 they had Olympics back then pregnant woman or married womans wasn’t allowed to participate or watch men in the  ancient Olympics also their completed in the nude. There was also only two sports that their could participate in. But now it’s the 21st century everything is demeanor. People only have one chance to prove the world that their one of the best in the world they only have 4 years to train the 5th year that’s when their gain respect..

In the year of 2016 there are 3 teachers battling it out for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place their telegrapher Miss Tela the pack of the TEAM 5….. 1st up Miss Berry competing proudly for her country “AUSTRALIA” she’s asked “ What makes you think that you have a shot to take 1st place”. She says ( Because I have been focused on this for a very long time) she proudly says her chant ( Oz Oz Oz ) but their is no one there for her how disappointing is that.. Her attitude demeanor right on the spot. She starts her dance ohh what a spin by miss Berry ohh no she didn’t she does a cartwheel that was quite a dance Judges what do you think of that dance Ooo low scores 4 & a 3 that will be easy to beat…. Now for Miss Clark Miss Clark is asked the same thing “ What makes you think that you have a shot to take 1st place”, I think I have a great opportunity to win this also no one is good like me soo…. Woow how cocky can she be

Now for the 1st and last time representing the US  MISS CLARK the crowd goes  “WILD” .  it’s finally time for her chart right now ( USA, USA, USA, USA ) everyone is chanting for her USA USA USA USA… Oh that's cold look at Miss Berry's face she looks more than angry I think she’s jealous. Miss Clark’s dance will be hard to top look at her moves she's on fleek today just look like that she was built for this….. Back flip, front flip & finishes off with a cart wheel. Judges what do you think of that really awesome dance. Ohh I wasn’t expecting that but i think it will be hard… 7 & 8 that will be hard it will if Mr Wise Man pulls a miracle to beat that score.

Supporting the NEW ZEALAND side Mr Wise man... He smiles what brilliant white teeth. That goes show KIWIS look after their body. The crowd is one firer clapping and singing KIWIS at the same time I would be proud if I was him.. Again he is asked “ What makes you think that you have a shot to take place” Well I have done a lot of exercise, running & I will become a super to my little girl at NEW ZEAL A.. He dances well side flip, front flip, back flip and finishes off with the splits… He should be huffing & puffing the judges give him a 10 10 & a 10 OMG!!! He has fainted the paramedicals is comes onto the stage & their say that he is disqualified because he has been taking DRUGS his eyes are red & numed… That means MISS CLARK IS THE WINNER!!! I’m really sure that his country might be pretty embarrassed after what happen right now………. The judges are mad because they're from NEW ZEALAND

It is time to get creative! For this bonus activity you are asked to design a simple logo for the next Summer Olympic Games. They will be held in Tokyo, Japan in 2020. The Olympic committee in Japan has already created four possible options for the logo (see below) but I think that you can create something even more interesting and attractive! To create a logo I would suggest that you use the Design Mantic website. Click on the Design Mantic link. It will bring you to the homepage for the site. Enter ‘Tokyo 2020’ into the ‘Company Name’ box and select ‘Sport & Fitness’ from the drop down menu in the  ‘Industry’ box. From there you can create your own logo. Ancient Olympics

In 1894, a man named Pierre de Coubertin decided that it was time to reintroduce the Olympic Games to the world. He started a committee called the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The IOC held the first modern day Olympic Games in Athens, Greece in 1896. Four years later the IOC held a second Summer Olympic Games in Paris, France and four years after that, another summer games in St. Louis, Missouri, United States of America. This year the Summer Olympics will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Olympic Games will be held from 5 to 21 August 2016. Each time that a city hosts a Summer Olympic Games they are asked to create their own unique mascot and logo. Here are the mascots from the Summer Olympics in London, England (2012) and in Sydney, Australia (2000).

Ancient Olympics the year of 2792, out of running, wrestling, boxing, pankration, horse racing and pentathlon running sprints.... Sprints is really awesome its to see were you are with your fitness level & how far can you run with out stopping. But really running is really easy if I was to chose something hard to compete in I would chose a sport that really is difficult like horse racing that's awesome.. Then I really won't get and award if I don't at lest I will look on the bright side, trying my hardest to win or come 1st, 2rd or 3rd I think people will look on the bright side if people don't then they will probable call me a loser because I didn't prove to them that I of being a winner.... Long Long ago in the time of 1870's it was colder than ice and joey is the only survivor searching for other survivors. Joey needed help he had bruises and cuts all over his body, he didn’t have that much power inside his legs could barely move plus nothing left of his food. Joey was dead for sure but hope was still standing. In 1 hour joey had made a fire to keep him warm and was breeding out. From miles out of nowhere a man had run over and said “you must be a survivor.” Joey had asked the man to help him heal and the man throw Joey an aid kit. The man asked him what is your name and Joey replied “My name is Joey Wheeler I used to live in the village over there.” Joey asked the man what is your name and the man said “People called me Adam dragneel my family was murdered when I was 7 it been 17 years and I stayed in the dark all alone.” Joey said “his parents died in the earthquake that happened a month ago”.

Adam said to Joey “ we should get going Joey because it is dangerous here” and Joey 7 replied “ ok.” Adam had given Joey some of his clothes to keep joey warm because joey had ripped clothes and was shivering. Adam and Joey took off and found a car adam had hot wired the car and got it going. Adam didn’t know how to drive and said to Joey “can you drive cars” asked Adam and Joey hopped onto the driver's seat and took off. The car didn’t have that much gas so they had to make the most of it so they can get far enough to get somewhere. Joey was driving at 100 and to make it extra it had 200 horsepower and was speeding past cracks that made the road bumble and was dangerous. After 45 minutes the car started to slow down because it had run out of gas and joey had pulled over and the car stopped and Adam and Joey got out of the car and walked. After 10 minutes they saw a village close by and run over there for safety and found a building that was good to use and had a basement with dead people in it. From miles you could hear thunder and it was not that far from the village so they had to get whatever they need to take and leave.  

THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER Thunder was getting close and was heading for the village and was going to destroy it. Adam and Joey run for their life they had to climb up the mountain so they can survive up there. When they got there they had saw some tents and used one of them to keep the warm. In the tent there were food and tools they needed to use to climb the mountain adam was happy that he found tools because they were what him and Joey needed to survive the big thunder storms.  After the thunder the mountain started to shake and was getting worst because they knew something big from coming so they run fast as soon as possible. The mountain broke down and there was a beast frozen under the mountain and could believe their eyes they saw a monster. While they were looking at the monster they were in the air and was falling down and didn’t know because that were shocked about the monster. Adam and Joey hit the ground and died their bodies had hit the ground so hard they had broken brokens and killed themselfs.

What: Got selected for the next trial

Why: Because we give it a shot and didn’t give up and made it.  

Writing:

Tevita and Zack was selected to trial for Bill Mclaren East team and trained on sundays on wednesday that had a test game against each other, Tevita and Zack were there. Tevita and Zack were put into a team and had to play union because the Bill Mclaren team was a union team. Bill Mclaren is a union rep team for Auckland and was undefeated for 2 year and are trying to make it 3 years. There was a blue team and a yellow team and everyone got a turn to have a turn and go on the other team.

There was another team and that was called walter dickson and they were all that were under and was selected to play for them. Some of the walter dickson kids came and tried for Bill Mclaren and walter dickson and only was allowed to play for one team. The training and game were at Mount Wellington union grounds and was at the back of countdown. Tevita and Zack saw bigger people than them and wasn’t afraid of the bigger boys then them and give it a shot and didn’t give up and made it to the next trial. The trial only had 28 boys and Tevita and Zack trained hard to make that 22 people in Bill Mclaren East Rep team.

Bill Mclaren & Walter Dickson Defending champs for 2 years in a row Bill Mclaren are aiming for 3 years in a row just like Walter dickson. The only difference between Walter dickson & Bill Mclaren is that Walter dickson is for the teams for under weighted & Bill Mclaren is open meaning that you can be over 80kgs. William Pollock "Bill" McLaren (16 October 1923 – 19 January 2010) was a Scottish rugby union commentator, teacher, journalist and one time rugby player. Known as 'the voice of rugby', he retired from commentating in 2002. Renowned throughout the sport, his enthusiasm and memorable turn of phrase endeared him to many.

What It would feel like

Visiting day is a sad story it's about a family that goes & vistas their dad because he
has been stealing money and he keeps on doing it everyday. One of the kids have a
birthday  a day after the cops come and get their dad for stealing everyone was surprise
because he has done. It has been 2 weeks sense they have seen him.....
