Our Trade fair

WALT: add one main idea per paragraph Image result for Trade and enterprising

This term we are learning about Trade and Enterprise. Trade and Enterprise is about creating, selling and designing products that we have made. We are also learning about how to look after our money by using internet banking and cash. Our total profit was 52.00 PTs

As part of our terms topic we had a trade fair.

What I have learnt so far is that being enterprising is about entertaining others in a way that lures them into buying your product. We have had the opportunity to do this last Friday at our trade fair.

For the trade fair my friends and I have created a business called kitchen. We are selling chocolate cupcakes with kitkat and some chocolate pudding. For our products we are selling it for 2 PT each that is how much we are selling it for!

For our trade and enterprising we have Pisces and P.T. Red is 20 pisces, white is 50 pisces, blue is 1 P.T and green is 2 P.Ts. We use these for buy another person’s product. Our pisces and P.Ts are bigger than the real money like 20 pisces is worth 40 cents , 50 pisces are worth 1 dollar, 1 P.T is worth 2 dollars and 2 P.Ts are worth 4 new zealand dollars

I'm really excited about our market day coming up in week 8! We are hoping to make lots of PTs!! Our business we're thinking about making over 50 cupcakes. My team were hope that on week 8 we all have at least 70 P.Ts

And I got like 96,273 dollars left because I didn't spend that much money. I think that I have spent it really really good. Out of a scale to 1 to 10 I will give it a 10 out of all because I have a lot of money left to spend the next day.

My Curriculum Vitae

Walt: Create a curriculum vitae

Bank Teller

I want to be a bank teller because I am really trustworthy of what I do. I don’t like cheating because that is unfair. It’s like saying that I'm giving 20 pieces or 50 pieces to my friend. I like this job because I get 3 P.T’s per week or less. This is a really good job for me because I like hard work and being sensible when I tell some pieces over or P.T’s. I also like this job because I get to come to school very early and get some more pieces for doing the windows and cleaning the shoes and operate like an ATM for other people to put in pieces or P.T’s if they didn't have the time to put it in.

I really want this job because I get more trust from the teachers. This means they trust me more than they did now. Student’s only tell Bank tellers what to do because they want a lot of pieces meaning that If someone has a friend that is a bank teller they’all ask and keep on asking until they get some their or P.T’s in there bank. Please trust me because I am not that kind of person. I really hope that I get this job.

Math Problem Solving

HOILDAYS

Guess what we did in the holidays? We went to panmure bowling to play a game of bowling and buy some tokens for the arcade. We got asked what size shoes we are and if we want to have the side blockers up and we replied “ Can we both have size 6 shoes and the blocker down please.” We had the blocker down until T.J asked the staff members to put it back up because he was finding it difficult for him to bowl. The score was 102 - 63 Zack won.
Image result for panmure bowling
We got the amount of tokens it was 15 dollars and we got 20 tokens. My friends was playing a game and he won a teddy bear at the arcade. I tried to win a queensland ball but my one was bad luck of getting the rugby ball. After that we played a car racing game. Out of me and Zack should have won because he had a head start and I was at the back of him. But I overtook Zack he was winning for a bit but I pass him. The next was deal or no deal it was awesome we got 100 or 200 tickets and we played again and again and again and we got over 2000 tickets all together. But when we ran out we got some more tokens like 30 dollars. After all of that we went to have subway for lurch and it was a lot of fun going to bowling.
Image result for subwayImage result for arcade
One afternoon T.J came over to play with me. We walked over to Junior house to see if he was there to play with as. When we got there he was gone so we went back to Zack’s house because we were bored. My mum asked as to came inside and make muffins with her so we can be active and not be bored. My mum asked if we can make the muffins by ourselves and follow the recipe to make them for the Step 1: Choose a muffin recipe.
family to eat. We needed milk, eggs, chocolate chip, butter, baking powder, sugar and a large bowl. After 1 hour we finished and the best bit of muffin was eating it.
How to make muffins

Step 1: Choose a muffin recipe

Muffins are simple to make, but there are a few techniques that will help ensure every batch of muffins bakes up tender and delicious. Choose a muffin recipe you want to try and follow the steps below.

Step 2: Prep the muffin pan

Grease muffin cups by brushing the bottoms and sides with shortening or softened butter, or spraying them with nonstick cooking spray. Or use paper liners, which don't require greasing.

Step 3: Mix inStir together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Use a wooden spoon to make a hole or well in the center.gredients

Step 4: Combine wet and dry ingredients quicklyStir together the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour the mixture (all at once) into the well.

Tip: The well ensures that ingredients will combine quickly so you don't overmix the batter.

Step 5: Take care not to overmix the batterUse a wooden spoon to stir together the wet and dry ingredients just until they are combined. The batter will look lumpy with little bits of flour.

Tip: Overmixing the batter can cause peaks, tunnels, and a tough texture.

Tip: Muffin batter shouldn't be made ahead (unless specified by the recipe). Batters that use baking powder and baking soda need to be baked right away so that their leavening power (what makes baked goods light and tender) isn't lost.

Step 6: Fill the muffin cups

Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin cups using two spoons. Fill the cups 2/3 to 3/4 full, depending on the recipe directions.
Tip: If the cups are filled too full, the muffin tops will be flat instead of domed.

Step 7: Add toppings (if desired)

After filling the muffin cups, sprinkle any toppings, such as streusel, over the batter.

Tip: Sprinkle topping evenly so it stays on top instead of sinking into the muffin.

Step 8: Bake and cool muffins

You'll know the muffins are done by the color of the muffin tops -- they should be golden, rounded, and have firm edges. Let the baked muffins cool on a wire rack for a few minutes or until they're cool enough to handle.
Tip: Use a butter knife to lift the muffins from the cups so you can place them on the wire rack to finish cooling.

Tip: To freeze muffins, place the cooled muffins in resealable plastic bags for up to three months. However, streusel topping will not retain its crunchiness when stored in the freezer.

Explaining My Thinking & Understanding

Explanining My Game

Our task for the term was to make our own side scrolling game. With our own ideas. I named my game Saint boss attack. You have to save the world before it’s too late when the boss makes a weapon and destroys the world.

My lead character is Boss of evil he is a bad guy that tries to destroy the world but he always fails when he’s on the mission. I have three other character that are good. There mission is to stop the boss of evil before it’s too late. The good guys always defeat him because they’re one step ahead of him. But the Boss of evil has little men that help him with his mission.

When you get your character you have to kill men that haves powers it will be hard because they have powers to turn little to big any size they want. You have at least 3 live with shoot you with there laser gun you lose points and with defeat them you get a point.

To move you have to push the arrows or wads to jump you push space bar.
One level is a coin level just to by your character bye your character. Two win and save the Master of Queensland you have to go to NS world and when you complete the mission you get rewarded with money.

I have to write about our own annotation

My own Anzac Reflection

August 29th 1914 is when the first world war started. Archduke Franz Ferdinand were shot and they were in hire for hunger.
In world war 1 there was a new zealander man and his name was private william ham.He was fighting in a area around turkey called suez Canal. He died from getting killed by the germans.

The weapons they used in World War 1 was Gas, Snipers, Grenades, Tank, Zeppelin, planes and machine guns.
Is that the immediate cause was the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, the archduke of Austria-Hungary. His death at the hands of Gavrilo Princip – a Serbian nationalist with ties to the secretive military group known as the Black Hand – propelled the major European military powers towards war.

World war 1 started in August the 29th 1914.
They dug holes and, if possible, put timber over them to allow something to stand or sit on. Then they filled in the holes, and dug new ones, again with timber over them.

I have mark it like this because i think that i should be doing batter at my level and my level is ten an a half. I really hope that I be Batter now that i really am.

My own questions

  1. What happened on August 29th, 1914?
  2. On what date did NZ’s first soldier die?
  3. What kind of weapons they used for the world war 1
  4. Why did they have World War 1?
  5. What date did War started?
  6. How did they go toilet?
  7. How did they know they didn’t come at night?
